Flat Iron Steaks

A flat iron steak is a piece of beef chuck also called the top boneless blade.

 

Trimmed very well and cut into approx. 6-8 oz steaks.

 

A flat iron steak is very tender when cooked on a high heat for about 2 min. per side. Cut across the grain.
