Luxembourg Träipen

Luxembourg Träipen is a old world blood sausage which consists of pork meat, beef blood, cabbage, bread, and marjoram spices.  Pan fry on the stove top til brown and crisp.  Serve up with some apple sauce and you got yourself a meal!
